SILE has provided the following statement should you wish to self-certify the Virtual Conference: “Pre-recorded videos of the conference may be eligible for Private CPD Points under the Guidelines on the Continuing Professional Development Scheme 2017. This is an honour-based, self-assessment process on the part of the lawyer. It will be their individual obligation to satisfy themselves that the activity satisfies the applicable criteria under the CPD Rules and the Guidelines”
